Device Manager is showing the wireless card is correctly installed, but it cannot find any available networks. I’ve provided the link for “All Operating Systems” but you can narrow it down to just XP but using the drop menu in the upper right.: Toshiba calls it TVAP and you find folk that are stumped by this everyday. The wireless card chipset is rtlb. Why do you thinks it’s RealTek?

I am pretty sure the card used to work on Win Vista.
